Enjoy the ride every step of the way. After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log-in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order.

We all change our mind sometimes however, once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. Modification or cancellation requests can be submitted by email and will be reviewed to identify a reasonable solution. This does not guarantee a refund will be offered. At Space Team we are eager to provide you with the products you want.  If you are not able to find a product that you want please send us an email and we will work with you to find a solution. It might mean that we create a custom design solution that provides you with a one of kind product or something that becomes a new product for everyone to enjoy.

If the words “out of stock” appear next to the size selection of an item, the item is currently unavailable, and while we wish we had more to offer, there is no guarantee that product will be restocked.

Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, Space Team and the print provider are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Customers are responsible for capturing and entering the right information when placing the order.

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. If this applies to your order please email us at spaceteamshop@gmail.com and we will review it.

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. 

Refunds or a replacement product will be offered on a case by case basis, but this is not a guarantee.
